Job summary

UBS in Lausanne is seeking ambitious students to join the 2027 Internship Program within our Corporate Clients team. This paid six-month internship offers hands-on experience in wealth management and exposure to private, corporate and institutional clients.

You'll be mentored by seasoned professionals, work on day-to-day client support, and have chances to network, develop skills, and possibly receive an offer for our Graduate Talent Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no more than 12 months ago.
• GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Values hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a high-demand, deadline-driven business.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Evidence of responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than twelve months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• is fluent in French and English (written and spoken), German is a plus
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
