UBS is offering a six-month paid internship in Wealth Management Switzerland, based at Paradeplatz, Zurich. You will join one of the central business management teams and gain exposure to private, corporate and institutional client services.

You’ll receive mentorship, work on real client projects, and learn about real estate lending, regulatory compliance and cross-functional initiatives. Start date: February 2027; potential offer for Graduate Talent Program upon graduation.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team.

You’ll Get To

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development

Your team

You’ll be working in one of our central business management teams within Wealth Management Switzerland, located at Paradeplatz in Zurich. We are responsible for driving the real estate lending business, developing strategic initiatives, analyzing Swiss real estate and lending market trends, and optimizing operational processes. Our responsibilities also include participating in cross-functional projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has excellent German and English skills

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
