UBS invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Internship Program in Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) in Switzerland. The six‑month paid internship provides hands-on learning from experts, mentoring, and exposure to client visits, events, and transactions.

You will support relationship managers, maintain client relationships, and develop industry knowledge while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.

You’ll Get To

• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

Your team

You’ll be working in our Corporate Clients team. We’re responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• is fluent in German and proficient in English
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: February 2027

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
