Zusammenfassung

UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Internship Program within Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) in Switzerland, based in Zurich at Europaallee. You’ll be part of the ESOS team supporting plan participants, employees and board members with share-based compensation, gaining exposure to daily banking operations and cross-functional collaboration.

The program lasts six months, is paid, and start date is February 2027.

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.

You’ll Get To

• support day-to-day operations by handling and coordinating client enquiries and resolving outstanding matters with internal and external stakeholders
• support to the onboarding of new corporate clients, from capturing client data and opening accounts to ensuring that all required documentation is complete
• assist with preparing and distribution new contractual documentation to our clients, ensuring that all documents are complete, accurate and sent in a timely manner

Your team

You will work in our Employee Share Ownership service (ESOS) team in Zurich at Europaallee. We support plan participants, the employees and board members of our corporate clients, with their share-based compensation plans. In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and many internal partners to deliver accurate, timely, participant-focused solutions. As part of the team, you will gain insight into the daily operations of a specialized banking service and help build an open, supportive environment that values teamwork, continuous improvement and high-quality service for plan participants.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: February 2027

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
