Hybrid Digital Sales Enablement Specialist
Resumo da oferta
A leading insurance marketing organization is seeking a Digital Sales Enablement Specialist to support advisors and sales teams across Canada. This role requires advanced bilingual communication skills and a minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry. Responsibilities include driving the adoption of digital tools and training sales teams to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a strategic mindset. This position offers a hybrid work environment with the possibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience delivering engaging training in person and virtually.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsabilidades
- Drive production in advisors nationally through digital tools.
- Build relationships with sales teams to manage and grow key advisor relationships.
- Support digital tool adoption and empower sales team members.
