Fabrication trade background and or engineering qualification - essential.
Fixed plant experience or construction background – essential.
Previous experience in a leadership position.
Mining sector experience - desirable.
Strong focus on safety.
Good understanding of structural compliance standards.
Demonstrated teamwork and continuous improvement aptitude.
Responsabilidades
Ensure team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives.
Adhere to skills training matrix for self and direct reports.
Conduct field interactions and complete incident investigations in BMS.
Identify, develop and publish SWI’s.
Maintain Fixed Plant budget and safety performance, ensuring targets are met.
Ensure all tasks are completed to a safe, high and compliant standard.
