Qualifications

• Fabrication trade background and or engineering qualification - essential.
• Fixed plant experience or construction background – essential.
• Previous experience in a leadership position.
• Mining sector experience - desirable.
• Strong focus on safety.
• Good understanding of structural compliance standards.
• Demonstrated teamwork and continuous improvement aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Adhere to skills training matrix for self and direct reports.
• Conduct field interactions and complete incident investigations in BMS.
• Identify, develop and publish SWI’s.
• Maintain Fixed Plant budget and safety performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a safe, high and compliant standard.
