Job Description

Position Responsibilities
  • Youwill lead workers engaged in maintenance, and installation of machines,tools, and equipment.
  • Youwill help us monitor downtime and efficiencies of the production lines,paying special attention for maintenance and mechanical trends - aimingfor continuous improvement.
  • Eliminateall causes of failure and ensure full useful life with daily maintenancecompleted by operating personnel.
  • Youwill train, motivate, evaluate, and direct employees to follow safe,quality work methods and standards.
  • Enforcethe plant's safety program and maintain compliance to all OSHA safetyregulations and standards.
  • Assumefull ownership of predictive andpreventivemaintenanceactivities includingoil analysis,vibrationanalysis,engine-compressor analysis, andinfrared thermography.
  • Youwill help us evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to ensure optimumuse of workforce and resources in maximizing equipment reliability.
  • Youwill ensure your team supports maintaining equipment for efficientoperation within maintenance budget; within the constraint of the unioncontract.
  • Readand interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Creationof Purchase Requisitions from work orders using SAP CMMS system
Position Qualifications
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Atleast 3-5 year's experience withmanufacturing maintenance
  • Experiencesupervising Maintenance Teams in a manufacturing environment isan asset.
  • Experiencewith Preventative Maintenance programs an asset
  • Experiencewith SAP an asset
Physical Requirements

While performing the tasks of this job, you are required totalk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. You areoccasionally required to sit; use hands for full dexterity; reach with handsand arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell.You must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilitiesrequired by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Compensation

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offeringfor this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but notlimited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancinginternal Conagra employees’ equity.Conagra Brands will comply withapplicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
