Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience related to municipal engineering work and land development servicing.
  • Valid B.C. Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for land development and subdivision servicing work.
  • Review land development civil engineering plans and geotechnical reports.
  • Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with municipal policies.

Skills

Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Ability to perform engineering computations
Knowledge of construction practices and materials
Familiarity with municipal bylaws and zoning regulations
Ability to plan and coordinate staff work
Effective communication skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
