Manage the candidate recruitment life cycle from sourcing to placement within the job order delivery cycle on assigned and unassigned roles. Will work outside assigned regions and develop relationships to assist in recruitment beyond local borders.
Exceed monthly targets associated with submissions, client submissions, placements, and exceeding monthly gross margin targets.
Review and escalate questions to Team Lead and/or Account Manager on assigned job orders – roles assigned are full spectrum of complexity and skills.
Deliver quality candidates to Account Managers that align with client expectations through continuous learning of new roles and technologies.
Lead intake calls with clients and guide the conversation for necessary details to enhance knowledge of job and submission requirements for assigned roles.
Develop and maintain relationships with Prospective, Active, and Placed candidates for open and pipeline positions and provide high-quality, white glove service.
Ability to solicit and identify Client leads through candidates CSC and Sourcing calls and redirect to the BDR and Sales team.
Build and maintain a strong and active personal brand through LinkedIn presence, networking, and attendance at relevant industry networking events.
Coach and develop Associate and Technical Recruiters to overcome job order challenges and develop strong search strategies.
Back up to Team Lead/Manager for leadership tasks.
Able to work effectively onsite and remotely and hit monthly quotas.
Engage with Manager and team members collaboratively in the office to work through common job scenarios and coach peers through routine scenarios.
Participate in training and shadowing Associate and Technical Recruiters. Lead by example for the team and to answer advanced level questions.
5+ years of experience in the IT Staffing industry coupled with experience in using cutting-edge recruitment methods.
Ability to locate top talent using various online platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive expertise in MS tools, combined with effective communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding candidate presentations.
A track record of proactively developing relationships with passive and active candidates.
Ability to decipher client job requirements into a targeted candidate search strategy.
Ability to work within a deadline controlled environment.
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently with little oversight.
Ability to provide our clients and consultants with excellent service.
