The Opportunity:
Our team is growing! This is an exciting full-time contract opportunity where you will have a direct impact on the employee experience at Medavie. This position has the working hours from Monday-Friday 7.5 hours/daily and ends December 31, 2025. The role reports to the Director, HR Systems and Support and provides administrative and confidential support to the HR teams, managers, and employees to maintain compliance and support employee needs. You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team where you will support various functions including personnel and benefit administration.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. In this role you will work efficiently and accurately to ensure the end-to-end running of HR operations. Your hands-on style with the ability to roll up your sleeves will make all the difference as you thrive on process, details, and organization.
