About the Job

Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid‑sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have an indefinite contract role as a Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM to work with our global SAP consulting client on a long term project for their large consumer packaged goods client.

Position Details

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) – 2 days remote/3 days onsite

Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Start Date: Sep 01, 2025

Rate: $70-90 range but soem flexibility based on expectations

Role Overview

The role will be hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days onsite in Montreal), and the selected candidate will be expected to lead workshops, document current and future‑state processes, support CRM configuration and testing, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Project Streams
  • A comprehensive analysis and redesign of our end‑to‑end operational processes across three North American sites.
  • The implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, which will be tightly integrated with the optimized business processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in business process modeling, CRM/ERP implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to operate in both structured and agile settings.
