A Department Specialized Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.
- Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over task
- Assist customers with sale of goods including: provide product information; answer product questions; recommend products; retrieve products from locked cabinets
- Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, zoning
- Setting and completion of modular
- Promote – charity events, promote Walmart Mastercard, promote Walmart Protection Plan, promote OMNI extended aisle offering
- Product launches – in-store product launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary
