- Support efforts to reach store sales goals, adhering to all directives, selling standards, and non-negotiables.
- Provide outstanding and quality customer service during every consultation.
- Assist customers in choosing products for themselves or as gifts.
- Support store operations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform various tasks based on store demands, including ringing up sales, wrapping, restocking, and cleaning.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Skincare experience preferred
- Register handling skills
- Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
- Passion for customer service, selling, and product knowledge
- Proven success as a team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
