RoleOverview
Wearelookingforadynamic,highlyexperienced Senior TalentManager tojoinourfast pacedandinnovativeteam.Thispersonwillberesponsibleforsourcing,onboarding,andmanaging toptierelitetalent acrossdigitalandtraditionalmediaplatforms,whilefosteringimpactfulbrandrelationships.
KeyResponsibilities
- You have managed world top creators, and have current top end brand relationships and deal history
- IdentifyandrecruitemergingandestablishedtalentalignedwithOnefluent’sbrandandvision.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithtalent,understandingtheirlong-termgoalsandcareertrajectories.
- Actastheday-to-daycontactandstrategicadvisorfortalent,ensuringgrowth,brandalignment,andopportunitymaximization
- Negotiatecontractsandbranddealswithprofessionalismandattentiontodetail.
- Collaboratewithinternalteams(BrandPartnerships,Strategy,Legal)toensuretalentismatchedwithhigh-value,authenticopportunities.
- Monitortalentperformanceandsocialmetrics,offeringguidancetoimprovecontentqualityandbrandfit.
- Maintainastrongunderstandingoftrends,platformchanges,andemergingvoiceswithinsocialmedia,music,fashion,andentertainmentindustries.
- Attendindustryevents,panels,andnetworkingopportunitiestorepresentOnefluentandscoutforfreshtalent.
Requirements
- MUSTHAVE Minimum5yearsofexperienceintalentmanagement with a talent agency
- Proventrackrecordingoftoptierbrandrelationships
- Proventrackrecordofsuccessfullysigninganddevelopingtalentcareersacrossplatforms(Instagram,TikTok,YouTube,Twitch,etc.).
- Deepunderstandingofcontentcreation,socialmediatrends,andaudienceengagement.
- Strongnegotiation,communication,andorganizationalskills.
- Establishedrelationshipswithintheinfluencer,entertainment,and / orbrandindustries.
- Abilitytoworkindependently,managemultipleprojects,andthriveinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Asharpeyefortalentandapassionforculture,creativity,andstorytelling.
- Experiencemanaginginternationaltalentorcampaigns.
- Networkofconnectionswithtalent,brands,orentertainmentcompanies.
