As a General Labourer, you will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards across job sites.

• Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and packing materials or products

• Operate basic tools and machinery as per job requirements

• Clean and prepare work areas to maintain health and safety standards

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers

• Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with tasks

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors

• Perform other duties as assigned based on site requirements

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety equipment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)

• Must be eligible to work under LMIA approval

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided on-site

• Experience in general labour, construction, or warehouse work is an asset

• 8 to 10 hours per day

• Monday to Friday (weekend shifts may be required based on site needs)

• Overtime available based on workload

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Understanding of workplace safety and PPE usage

• Flexibility to adapt to different work environments

• Basic English for communication and safety compliance
