The primary LCT resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including completing service reports;

Minor interface levels with the customer to understand any issues;

Manages product inventory at the customer as well as at service depots;

Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring;

Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site;

Alerts the LCT of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues;

Sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment.
