What you'll do:

• Review a Driver’s day and submit requests for any changes in the system that are required
• Ensure Drivers have completed all relevant activities for their day
• Follow up with appropriate carriers for discrepancies and failure to follow standard operating procedures
• Follow up with dispatch when there are discrepancies between time sheets/Dispatch template and Transportation Management System

What you'll need:

• Strong organization skills would be an asset
• College Education preferred
• 1-2 years of related work experience (Transport/Supply Chain/Warehouse)
• Excellent communication skills are an asset
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions and problem solve.
