A local bakery and deli is seeking a skilled Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing dough, baking, and decorating cakes and pastries. This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
Formación
- 5 years or more of baking experience required.
- Ability to operate baking machinery.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Bake and decorate various baked goods.
- Ensure product quality meets standards.

- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

- Bake mixed dough and batters

- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Draw up production schedules
