The Position

Client Account Representatives participate in the entire sales process :

  • Researching prospective client companies to drive business development
  • Presenting the services and benefits of being a client of theITSupportCenter
  • Interfacing with senior executives and decision makers
  • Managing ongoing Client relationships
  • Negotiating service agreements for our premium, differentiated service offering
