Community Outreach & Family Support Specialist

A regional education authority in Nova Scotia is seeking a Community Outreach Worker to support children, youth, and their families. The successful candidate will provide essential guidance to access community services and programs, ensuring collaboration with various teams. A BSW degree is preferred, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role includes facilitating after-school programming and requires a driver's license. Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in community services or related field.
- Proven organizational and evaluation skills are necessary.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
