WebProps.org is seeking an Independent Contractor - Satellite Installer to join their team. In this role, you will install satellite internet systems across Canada, providing excellent customer service and technical support. Ideal candidates will have strong telecom knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Competitive pay and training provided.

Independent Contractor - Satellite Installer
Nationwide - Work anywhere in Canada
- Install satellite internet systems at customer locations
- Mount satellite dishes on roofs or other suitable spots
- Run cables and connect equipment for optimal signal reception
- Configure and program satellite receivers
- Test and troubleshoot to ensure everything’s working smoothly
- Provide top-notch customer service and answer questions
- Educate customers on using their new satellite systems
- Strong knowledge of telecom systems and equipment
- Experience with fiber splicing and low voltage cabling
- Skilled with hand tools and network installation (Cisco routers a plus!)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Great communication abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience as a service technician is a bonus
