We're working exclusively with a specialist business who are now seeking a Head of Operations to join their highly successful team.

As the Head of Operations you will oversee a portfolio of specialist brands, leading the teams to achieve company targets. You will have responsibility for product, sales, marketing and operations with a key focus on team leadership.

The successful applicant for this exciting travel job will have extensive leadership experience as well as knowledge across all business areas including managing a P&L. You will be viewed as a credible leader and have the confidence to lead an established team whilst also looking at ways to achieve business growth.

We're looking for someone who has gained previous experience within a similar general management style position within the travel sector. A passion or enthusiasm for touring and/or driving holidays would be highly advantageous.

This position will be based full time from our clients office in the South East with a view to move into more of a hybrid role after 6-12 months.

• At least 5 years experience gained from a similar position in travel
• Experience with running a business
• Taking a 'people first' and 'customer led' approach

• Leading, guiding and motivating a team
• Overseeing all business areas including sales, marketing, product and operations
• Responsibility for the P&L
• Looking at ways to drive business growth and brand awareness
