A high-profile health services provider in Ontario is seeking an accomplished HR leader to drive HR operations and strategy during a period of significant change. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in complex unionized settings, and will lead a talented team of HR professionals. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness while partnering with senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
Our client is a well-known and high-profile health services provider in the GTA. They need a strong and accomplished HR leader to support the organization’s employees and the management team through a period of significant transition and change. This interim will coach, lead and inspire a diverse portfolio of over 50 HR professionals alongside providing critical insight and support to the EVP Corporate Services and the broader executive leadership team. This is a classic ‘strategic interim’ engagement as you will have both operational and transformational objectives. This role partners with the EVP Corporate Services as the organization modernizes their HR strategy with the goal of elevating the impact and sophistication of HR programs. To be successful in this role you will have a deep background in HR, have extensive experience working in large complex unionized environments and love a challenge.
