1. Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
2. Provide telephone customer service regarding company's services and/or products.
3. Identify customer's needs and determine appropriate action.
4. Promote and sell the company's products or services.
5. Investigate and resolve complaints.
6. Use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders.
7. Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
8. Negotiate customer product/billing complaints by offering discounts, authorizing returns, requesting returned product testing by internal quality or other staff, and approving replacement orders.
9. Authorize credit memos/refunds within policy and according to established procedures.
10. Implement account service strategies.
11. Act as the principal liaison with marketing and sales for assigned customers.
12. Implement marketing programs for assigned accounts.
13. Support all aspects of service to the customer including, but not limited to: price quotes and quote follow-up, technical and product recommendations and sample department coordination.
14. Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness.
15. Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling.
16. Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries.
17. Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers.
18. Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
19. Attend technical training seminars.
20. Back-up team members when workload makes this necessary.
21. Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals.

1. Experience working with the Printing Industry preferred.
2. Degree or Equivalent Diploma required.
3. 2-3 years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
4. Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
5. Good data entry and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and good follow-up skills.
6. Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
7. Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
