As a Global Growth Lead at Passage, you will be responsible for driving growth through our network of recruitment partners across the world. You will manage a portfolio of high‑performing agencies, helping them scale their student recruitment to Canada while ensuring every student they send succeeds from application to arrival. This role is ideal for a results‑driven B2B account manager with deep experience in the study abroad industry, especially within the Canadian admissions and visa ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Partner Management

Sales & Growth Management

  • Monitor partner performance through CRM analytics and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal admissions, marketing, and finance teams to drive outcomes
