What your role will look like:

As a Channel Account Executive – ECE, you will be responsible for managing sales and fostering relationships with both existing and new system integrators, distributors, technology partners, and resellers across the ECE region. Your key focus will be on Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and the Adriatic countries, helping to expand our market presence and grow strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively develop and expand the sales channel across the ECE region, with strong focus on hunting and acquiring new channel partners (system integrators and value-added resellers).
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including value-added distributors, system integrators and technology partners.
  • Drive revenue growth from all indirect sales activities, with emphasis on upselling, renewals of software maintenance agreements, and managing sales for global international end users.
  • Ensure all channel partners are properly trained, enabled, and continuously informed about new products, solutions, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support partners in increasing Genetec visibility across key verticals in the ECE region.
  • Support regional sales management and key account managers in planning and executing demand-generation activities.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and partner meetings in the region.
  • Act as a liaison between account executives, channel sales, customer service, sales development representatives and channel enablement.
  • Manage social media interactions using marketing-provided content to identify new leads and potential projects.
  • Handle and distribute information requests from local consultants and planners.
  • Manage customer visits to Genetec HQ and regional offices

  • Fluent English and Polish; Czech or Hungarian as a plus.
  • Higher education.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in indirect international sales, with at least 3 years working for a manufacturer in the security or technical IT industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling sales channels in the security or IT sectors.
  • Security industry experience as a plus.
  • Experienced in managing system integrators and distributors.
  • Hunter-type mentality, proactive in identifying new opportunities and prospecting customers.
  • Capable of challenging status quo whenever required by the company long term strategy and goals
  • Structured, organized, and calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong, resilient personality with stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent sales acumen with balanced support and empowerment approach.
  • Ability to drive partner tool adoption (partner portal, quoting tools).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within ECE and occasionally to France, the UK, and Canada.

  • Work model: 65% home office (or Warsaw office), 35% travel
