We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Receptionist to join our team and support onsite in Lloydminster. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and providing excellent service with a smile.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants — a critical part of setting the tone for their experience — while also managing day-to-day office tasks, mailroom operations, and administrative support.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in maintaining a positive impression of our organization. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional reception coverage and visitor management.
  • Handling incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Managing mail delivery, courier logistics, and document organization.
  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory for the main office and offsite locations.
  • Perform daily office rounds ensuring cleanliness/tidiness of break rooms and common spaces and to stock supplies
  • Complete general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Evaluate and deliver mail documents to the appropriate locations and maintain accurate employee location lists
  • Supporting on-site security system, including assigning employee access cards.
  • Assist with client follow up to ensure completion of requests

What You Bring to the Team

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Reception experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
  • Skilled at multitasking and organizing tasks with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for travel to site.
