We’re seeking a strategic, future-focused finance leader to join TRY Recycling at a pivotal time of growth. You’re someone who thrives on building smart systems, loves translating complexity into clarity, and wants your work to contribute to a greener, more sustainable future. Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis Oversee ERP implementation and integrate systems across departments Guide contract negotiations, cost modeling, and risk management Work closely with the President, senior leadership, and external partners CPA designation (or equivalent) with at least 10 years in progressively senior financial roles. Proven track record in ERP implementation and systems integration. Experience negotiating high-stakes contracts and overseeing risk management. Advanced skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools. Exposure to operational functions such as HR and IT would be an asset.
