Role Overview
This role offers flexibility, including up to three days remote work per week with at least two days in the office. You may be required to work more days in the office at times based on operational needs.
The purpose of this position is to provide system support, research, and analytics services for Human Resources, Payroll, and related units. Responsibilities include providing accurate workforce data, supporting reporting, audits, business process design, workforce forecasting, and participating in HR projects involving systems like PeopleSoft, Data Warehouse, Oracle, and others.
