As we continue to expand our SaaS and on-premise offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive customer retention, expansion, and growth across Eastern Canada. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative looking to transition into a field role.
As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage, expand, and retain existing customer accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of Quest’s solutions. You will work closely with IT and business decision-makers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding solution adoption within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with experience growing existing customer revenue, managing renewals, and positioning Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to IT and business leaders.
