A leading Canadian retail company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives at their Maple Grove Distribution Centre. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will strategically lead HR initiatives for our Maple Grove Distribution Centre, driving organizational effectiveness and colleague engagement in a critical operational environment. You will champion strategic change, cultivate talent, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture to ensure our business and people thrive.
Please note that this person will need to be comfortable with flexible working hours being onsite at our Maple Grove DC (standard hours are 8am - 5pm but may change depending on business needs).
