We are actively seeking experienced Senior Accountants to join our full-time staff. These roles are integral to our service offerings in accounting, tax, financial advisory, estate planning, corporate restructuring, and risk advisory.
- Managing assurance engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and staff supervision in a mid-sized firm setting.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of ASPE, ASNFPO, and CAS.
- Excelling in client relationship building, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring timely and accurate accounting work.
- Overseeing the preparation of audit, review, and compilation working papers, financial statements, and disclosures according to GAAP.
- Ensuring precise preparation of corporate, trust, and personal income tax returns.
- Leading the team in preparing special reports, financial forecasts, and client-requested projects.
- Setting an example in training and mentoring staff, upholding firm standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- CPA designation and active member status.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the aforementioned areas.
- Proficiency in Caseware, with knowledge of Jazz.
- Ability to work remotely 2 or 3 days a week.
