Brockville General Hospital offers opportunities for new graduates. We are seeking Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) new graduates for a full-time 12-week mentorship opportunity, transitioning into a full-time or full-time equivalent position.
Up to a $10,000 signing bonus with return of service.
The Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) Initiative is designed to support Canadian new graduate nurses (i.e., graduates of Registered Practical Nurse programs) by providing them with a full-time or full-time temporary job opportunity.
- Provides New Graduate Nurses with the opportunity to obtain experience in nursing through full-time or temporary full-time positions.
- Interdisciplinary support as you continue to further development and refine your nursing skills.
- Supports New Graduate Nurses as they transition to practice.
- One-on-one designated Professional Practice Educator support.
- Secure full-time employment upon completion of the twelve-week New Graduate Guarantee Program.
