- Understanding of pricing and its complexities
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
- Experience with commercial processes, pricing, or financial analysis
- Familiarity with the GCN services portfolio or similar business models
- Technical or operations experience is an asset
