• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, BI, or similar roles.
• Strong technical skills including Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, Python or R.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, cloud platforms, APIs.
• Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience preparing reports and dashboards that support business decisions.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Champion data integrity and support data governance practices.
• Train and support users on interpreting and leveraging BI tools.
• Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and industry best practices.
