Campaign Manager

Location : Hybrid in Toronto, Canada

Pay Rate : $50 / hr

We’re seeking a Campaign Manager to lead customer acquisition and expansion marketing initiatives across the Canadian market. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in Field Marketing or Sales Enablement Marketing , who understand how to bridge the gap between marketing and sales to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes.

As a key member of our Growth & Integrated Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and execute bold, data-informed campaigns. This role is based out of our Toronto office and operates in a hybrid capacity.

What You’ll Do :

• Plan and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting new customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to create and activate field-level campaigns, sales plays, digital offers, webinars, and ABM tactics.
• Translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies tailored to regional and segment-specific needs.
• Leverage buyer journey insights to deliver the right messaging, offers, and content at the right time.
• Own campaign performance reporting, using data to optimize tactics and communicate impact to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with inbound and performance marketing teams to improve conversion rates and drive marketing-sourced pipeline and ARR.
• Align with the Brand team to ensure consistency across channels and creative assets.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing—ideally in field marketing , sales enablement , or demand generation roles within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to run multi-channel campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, sales alignment, and the nuances of regional marketing execution.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign analytics dashboards.
• Clear communicator with a bias for action and strong collaboration skills across sales and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• A passion for campaign strategy, testing new ideas, and delivering measurable business results.
