• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues

• Fluent in both French and English
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and basic PC knowledge

• Experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with technical support and troubleshooting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Interest in learning new technologies and tools
