What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day administrative support services for the Project Team
- Conduct data entry in full capacity and manage TMMS and ITS Central data
- Serve as billing backup and assist in the documentation of procedures
- Process a high volume of detailed transactions and maintain reports from electronic files
- Control and dispatch project information related to incoming requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounting/finance role, preferably in a construction setting
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a construction environment
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with project management software
