Job summary

Springboard in Toronto is seeking a Justice Worker for our Attendance Program to provide intake, case management, and individualized programming for justice-involved youth ages 12-24. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will deliver group and one-on-one programming, coordinate supports with community partners, and help youth set and progress toward goals.

The role requires a 2-year diploma in Social Work or related field, strong communication, trauma-informed practice, and ability to work at

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with youth and vulnerable populations is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide intake, assessment, planning, and case management for youth referred.
  • Deliver individual and group programming and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Support referrals, system navigation, and link youth to community resources.
  • Maintain timely case notes and program records.
  • Work collaboratively with partners, including schools and community organizations.
