Job summary

Springboard is seeking an Overnight Support Worker in Toronto to provide care and support for transitional aged youth in a supervised living program. You will work night shifts to support program goals and safety, with documentation and collaboration across the care team.

The role requires strong trauma-informed approaches, crisis intervention skills, and excellent communication to engage youth and families. Benefits and training opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Social Services or Developmental Services (or equivalent).
• Valid First Aid and Safe Management certifications.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Locate programs, services, housing and employment opportunities aligned with goal plans.
• Coordinate and provide direct support in implementation of goals and monitoring outcomes.
• Collaborate with TAY staff to develop strategies and therapeutic programming.
