The therapist conducts assessments, develops service plans, and leads Choice and Partnership appointments to implement the CAPA model, ensuring client privacy and virtual service options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• B.S.W. or related discipline and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• 3–4 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Early Intervention Program in youth courts, linking youth with community resources.
• Screen, triage, develop and implement service plans.
• Conduct Choice and Partnership appointments to support CAPA implementation.
