Job summary

Street Culture Project (SCP) in Regina, SK is hiring two Case Workers for our Regina Connected Youth program, supporting youth involved in the criminal justice system. One full-time permanent position and one full-time, four-month term with the possibility of extension. Location: Regina, SK.

Hours: Monday–Friday, noon–8 p.m., 35+ hours per week. Pay: $21.50–$25.00/hour, with benefits, RRSP matching, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 and at least one year of frontline youth-care experience.
  • Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with harm reduction, youth-centred care, Nurtured Heart, and trauma-informed practice.
  • Experience with Indigenous youth, justice involvement, mental health, or substance use is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with youth while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Develop and review individualized case plans for 67 youth.
  • Support access to health, education, court appointments, housing, food, and community resources.
  • Provide mentorship, advocacy, conflict mediation, and life-skills support.
  • Maintain daily case notes, monthly reports, and incident documentation.
  • Collaborate on individual and group programming.
