Job summary

Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited is seeking a motivated team member to support yard operations in Sudbury, Ontario. You will wash and organize equipment, help with loading/unloading, and ensure facilities stay clean and safe for daily activities.

The role requires a valid Class G license, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors. Forklift license and mechanical aptitude are assets; training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory abstract (no more than 3 demerit points).
• Provide updated driver’s abstract upon request.
• Self-starter with strong customer-service orientation and team work.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Comfortable with computers.

What You’ll Be Doing Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash/clean equipment.
• Organize equipment in the yard.
• Maintain clean physical facilities.
• Help loading and unloading equipment.
• Check equipment for damage upon return, report damage and fill out service tags for all returned equipment.
• Assist with small tools or parts deliveries and pick ups when needed.
• Always willing to offer a helping hand with your co-workers.

What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Class G driver’s license required, with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points).
• You’ll be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
• Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.
