Job summary

CivicInfo BC is seeking a Talent for WorkSafe Case Management within the Employee Advisory Team. This role focuses on disability claim management for WorkSafeBC incidents, coordinating return-to-work, and ensuring compliant, timely resolutions.

The position requires strong communication, documentation, and collaboration across employees, supervisors, unions, healthcare providers, and insurers. On-site work in Vancouver area with a 4-day compressed schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience with disability management systems and claims processes.
• Experience handling employees’ disability and WSBC-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage disability claims and return-to-work processes with stakeholders.
• Administer active files and maintain confidential records.
• Coordinate RTW, GRTW, and accommodation plans with supervisors and unions.
• Provide guidance on disability management and WorkSafeBC requirements.
• Prepare and present education sessions on disability management.
