Job summary

Plus Company Canada Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience & Operations Business Partner/Manager in Toronto. You will drive culture, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee facilities, safety, and vendor relationships to create an exceptional employee experience.

You will lead events, program initiatives, and internal communications while partnering with Talent teams to deliver a thriving, inclusive workplace. In-office, full-time role with 5 days on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in workplace management, high-touch hospitality, corporate operations, or event planning.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects, manage budgets, and oversee office services teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong, engaging voice.

Responsibilities

• Drive workplace culture and engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive office environment.
• Oversee facility and vendor management, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and safety procedures.
• Lead event planning from concept to execution and manage budgets and contracts.
