Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to own the headquarters environment in downtown Toronto, ensuring smooth operation, hospitality, and professional first impressions for visitors and staff.

The role also oversees a second remote office in Mississauga, coordinates vendors, supports office operations, health and safety, and works with Real Estate, Facilities & Construction, IT, People Ops, and Finance to build an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, facilities coordination, or related field.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Highly organized with strong administrative and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and presentation of the headquarters office.
• Oversee remote second office and weekly inspections in Mississauga, Ontario.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, stock, and high standards.
• Maintain kitchens, cafés, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Coordinate vendor services, deliveries, and office moves.
• Assist with budget tracking and procurement tasks.
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
