We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Workday Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our Workday environment to enhance talent review processes, support the performance review cycle, improve the learner experience, and streamline recruiting efforts. Additionally, you will be leveraging the Workday Journey feature to elevate the employee experience. Your expertise in data analytics will be crucial in driving insights and informed decisions. You will also be tasked with driving system enhancements and providing advanced configuration and support across multiple modules, ensuring our HR technology remains at the forefront of industry standards.
