If you're passionate about leveraging Workday to revolutionize HR processes and experience, this role is for you. You will optimize our Workday environment for talent review, performance cycles, learning, recruiting, and employee experience enhancements. Your data analytics expertise will drive insights and decisions. You will also lead system enhancements and support across modules to keep our HR tech industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Administration: Oversee user setup, configurations, security, and data integrity. Ensure systems are optimized and aligned with HR policies.
  2. Data Analysis: Collect, interpret HR data to generate insights, reports, and visualizations. Provide recommendations to HR leaders.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
  4. Project Participation: Lead and support HR tech projects, managing timelines and teams.
  5. User Support: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for HR systems.
  6. Change Management: Support transitions during system updates or process changes.
  7. Compliance: Maintain data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
  2. 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
  3. Strong understanding of HR workflows.
  4. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  5. Self-motivated with leadership capabilities.
  6. Excellent relationship management skills.
  7. Ability to guide junior team members.
  8. Expertise in Workday configuration, documentation, and process improvements.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Experience in stakeholder management and technical expertise.
