We are seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team and take the lead in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and detail-oriented professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance reporting processes, and drive organizational success.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain various types of complex reports (advanced, matrix, composite) using Workday Report Writer.
  • Collect reporting requirements from business and end-user clients.
  • Work with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting) to generate reports.
  • Implement filtration, sorting, summation, and calculated fields within Workday reports.
  • Utilize Excel and Excel formulas to create and manage reports.
  • Ensure reporting standards are maintained and offer technical solutions for improving data integrity and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies within the team and supply HRIS team members with reports to streamline tasks and validations.
  • Provide training on self-service reporting and support stakeholders in understanding their role in maintaining accurate data.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Workday reporting.
  • Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to compile and interpret quantitative data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced Excel formulas.
  • Experience in documenting processes as well as performing diagnostic audits.
  • Ability to interpret & analyze data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certifications in Reporting.
  • Experience in complex unionized environments with multiple collective agreements.
  • Workday security experience is a desirable asset.
  • Workday integrations experience is a desirable asset.
